This tenant improvement project encompassed the simultaneous buildout of matching suites within a 5,300-square-foot commercial shell. The design focused on creating highly functional, mirrored workspaces tailored to meet the flexible needs of modern businesses.
The spatial programming introduced new, fully enclosed private offices and dedicated conference rooms to support both focused work and collaboration. Core amenities were comprehensively upgraded, featuring modern kitchenette areas and fully accessible restrooms.
To elevate the interior environment, a curated palette of new finishes was introduced alongside an upgraded, highly efficient lighting package installed throughout, enhancing both visual comfort and the overall architectural character of the space.
