A market ready improvement project within an existing 2000 square foot space.  The project consisted of new accessible restrooms, conference room and private office buildout.  The project also included a new HVAC system and new lighting throughout.

719 & 723 n. shoreline

Tenant Improvements to matching spaces within an 5300 square foot space.  The project consisted of new conference rooms, enclosed offices, accessible restrooms and kitchenette areas.  New finishes and lighting was installed throughout.

721 brannan st

The project consisted of tenant improvements within an 21,000 square foot building.  Improvements consisted of a new lobby and exit corridor, new kitchenettes and showers and new stairs to the second floor space.

20th st

This two phase project started as a shell improvement to an existing 15,000 square foot building.  This consisted of new exterior finishes and fenestration as well as new accessible restrooms and lobby.  The building was upgraded with two elevators and stair cores.

Phase two was a tenant improvement for the Social Security Administration which added kitchenette and cafes as wells and conference rooms and private offices.

The tenant improvements and shell projects achieved a LEED certification.
